Defense of S.E.C. Enforcement Actions brought by the U. S. Securities & Exchange Commission.  Mr. Beckner has defended clients in two major enforcement actions in the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in which a dismissal was obtained, and in the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
