Construction Litigation

Mr. Beckner represented a client that built the largest sugar mill in the world in the Republic of Sudan.  He represented the client in all areas associated with the construction of such a project, spending considerable time abroad.  He also represented a client with annual sales in excess of $800 million, and developed a claim against the U. S. Navy based upon defective specifications that was settled for $8 million.
